Question 7: What deposit is required?
• R3 000 reservation deposit of which R 1 000 will be an admin fee to initially verify the applicants’ credit worthiness.

Question 8: What banks do MSP use for Bond Finance?
• ABSA, FNB, SBSA, NEDBANK
• Although we will also negotiate with any other bank on your behalf.
• As stated in contract MSP will elect the bond originator for development.

Question 9: When do you expect the project to be completed and when do you expect transfer to take place?
• This is a phased development. First transfer expected to take place in 6 months.

Question 10: Which interior options are available?
• Build in cupboards in the bedroom, extra tiling, burglar bars, security alarm.

Question 11: How many parking bays were allocated per unit?
• There is a parking bay allocated per unit in the sectional title complex only.

Question 12: Are there any security arrangements?
• Sect title complex will have remote access control. Perimeter will be walled and electrified.
• Belladonna estate has a dedicated 24 hour patrolling vehicle.
• Each single residential house will have alarm system.

• Yes, ONLY in single residential units, not in sectional title complex

Question 18: What happens to my deposit if I apply for a 100% bond and it is granted?
• The deposit less R 1 000 admin fee will be paid back after registration, with applicable interest.

Question 20: May I request any changes to existing specs or floor plans?
• No changes allowed to floor plan.
• Only the additional items provided for on the list “Additional Items” will be accommodated.

Question 21: What happens when I move in and something is not in working order?
• At handover you will be requested to compile a list of items not to your satisfaction. You will also be given the opportunity to prepare a list, 90 days after occupation date, of defects that have manifested themselves during the 90 days. These items will be rectified by the developer in terms of the contract.

Question 22: What happens to my deposit if the banks decline my bond application?
• The deposit will be refunded less the R 1 000 admin fee.

Question 23: Are there any costs involved from date of deposit to transfer?
• No, none.

Question 24: Do the houses have garages or places for parking?
• Garages are available as an optional extra for the houses only. There will be a driveway next to the house where you and your visitors can park.
